BOARD MEETING
The Board of Directors meeting is every month on the 2nd Monday at 7:00 PM. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend the sessions in the Clubhouse. The next meeting dates are June 9, 2025, July 14, 2025, August 11 .

Summer meals are being provided by the school district again this year.
Start: June 02, 2025 - Ends: July 25, 2025. 11 A.M. - 11:30 A.M.
No Cost for kids 18 and younger and enrolled students up to 21 with disabilities.​​

IF YOU LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AT THE CLUBHOUSE AFTER 9AM. YOU TAKE THE CHANCE OF GETTING TAGGED AND TOWED, THERE ARE SIGNS STATING THE HOURS IN WHICH YOU CAN PARK AT THE CLUBHOUSE.

POOL RULES
No cotton material of any kind is to be in the pool. It ruins the pump, and the pool turns green. At that point, the pool will be closed, so let's work together to have a fun summer.

FIREWORKS USE IN SAN PEDRO MOBILE PARK ARE NOT ALLOWED
It is illegal to use fireworks within the city limits of San Antonio, and violations can result in a Class C Misdemeanor, which may include a fine of up to $2,000. Additionally, a new state law enacted in September allows fire professionals and law enforcement to charge a person with arson if they recklessly cause a fire that damages a structure or other property such as a motor vehicle. If found guilty, the penalty can include fines up to $10,000 and possible jail time
If you are injured or someone you know is injured because of fireworks, please call 911.
If you see reckless use of fireworks that presents an immediate risk of bodily injury or fire hazard, then please call the Non-Emergency number 210-207-7273.
